A Academia de Artes e Ciências Cinematográficas de Hollywood anunciou nesta quarta-feira (10/02) a pré-lista de indicados em nove categorias do Oscar 2021. A cerimônia oficial está marcada para acontecer no dia 25 de abril deste ano, em Los Angeles, e terá sua lista completa revelada em 15 de março.
Foram divulgadas as listas para Melhor Filme Internacional, Canção Original, Documentário (Longa e Curta-Metragem), Efeitos Visuais, Curtas (Animação e Curta-Metragem), Cabelo & Maquiagem e Trilha Sonora. Infelizmente o longa Alguém tem que Ouvir o Coração e Dizer: Parou, de Bárbara Paz, ficou de fora. O longa concorria nas categorias Filme Internacional e Documentário. Umbrella, curta brasileiro dirigido por Helena Hilario e Mario Pece, também não entrou na lista.
